- An insufficiently stamped document is generally not admissible in evidence until the deficit duty and penalty are paid. It is simpler to stamp correctly at signing.

- Often yes, but check the seat, the number of arbitrators and who appoints them, because these affect cost and convenience.
- How quickly can a contract be reviewed?
