The team

How the firm works on a matter

1. First conversation. You describe the matter by phone, WhatsApp, video call or at the office, and we tell you whether it is something the firm can take on.
2. Documents and conflict check. We list the documents needed and run a conflict check before accepting instructions.
3. Scope and fee. The work to be done, the forum, the likely timeline and the fee basis are confirmed in writing.

5. Closure. Final documents, certified copies or registered instruments are handed over with a note on anything you must renew or comply with later.

Case results and why they are not listed

Many law firm websites publish "wins" and success percentages. Indian advocates may not. The Bar Council of India rules restrict advertising and solicitation by advocates, and that includes publishing case outcomes, client names, comparative claims, ratings and testimonials.
